Community Oral Facial Surgery, an established OMS360 practice, expands its team with the addition of Benjamin Salameh, DMD, MD. A Chicago native, Dr. Salameh earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He subsequently completed advanced surgical training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, earning his Doctor of Medicine, completing a General Surgery Internship, and finishing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency. Driven by a passion for solving complex clinical scenarios, Dr. Salameh brings a high-caliber approach to patient care. He maintains active professional involvement through his memberships with the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Through OMS360's operational infrastructure, Dr. Salameh will focus on advanced surgical care while expanding localized services.
Pittsburgh Oral Surgery, another cornerstone OMS360 partner practice, welcomes Nathaniel Powers, DDS, MD to its surgical team. Raised in Mill Hall, Pennsylvania, Dr. Powers grew up shadowing his father's dental practice, instilling an early dedication to the field. He attended Davidson College, majoring in Chemistry and serving as senior team captain for the Division I wrestling program, before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Powers completed post-graduate training through the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program at the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, earning his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completing a General Surgery internship at UPMC. He is an active member of both the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. His addition allows Pittsburgh Oral Surgery to expand patient capacity while continuing its tradition of high-quality care.
The OMS360 partner practice Kentucky Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery welcomes Dr. Certa to its surgical team. Raised in the suburbs of New York City, Dr. Certa earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fordham University before attending dental school at Columbia University. He then headed south to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree and complete a year of general surgery training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Certa also completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at LSU, gaining extensive experience in dental extractions, sedation, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, and the treatment of oral pathology. A published author in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he remains committed to advancing his field through continuing education and professional involvement alongside his wife, Dr. Karah McDaniel, a fellow oral surgeon and native of Versailles. His addition allows the practice to expand patient capacity while continuing its tradition of high-quality care.
