The Oral & Facial Surgery Center of Kentucky is led by James K. Hargan, DMD, MD, a distinguished dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has been providing exceptional care to the Elizabethtown community for over 20 years. Dr. Hargan earned both his Doctor of Dental Medicine (with High Distinction) and his Doctor of Medicine (with Distinction) from the University of Kentucky, where he also completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the UK Chandler Medical Center. His practice has built a strong reputation grounded in exceptional clinical care, compassion, and a commitment to excellence

Center for Facial and Oral Surgery was led by George A. Nail, MD, DDS, and Jeffrey S. Dombrowski, MD, DDS, two board-certified dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons who completed their residency training together at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/Parkland Memorial Hospital program. Dr. Nail has been serving the North Texas community since founding the practice and as of April 2026, he has retired. Dr. Dombrowski rejoined his former co-resident after a successful practice in Colorado Springs, where he served as President of the Colorado Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. The practice is known for its comprehensive surgical care, dedication to dental implant education for the North Texas dental community, and long-tenured staff committed to exceptional patient care.

Monterubio, DDS founded the practice in 1985 and was joined by Eugenio G. Herbosa, DMD, MMSC, in 1992. The practice has since expanded to a team of five surgeons including Rebecca L. Grammer, DMD, MD, Zachariah W. Cole, DMD, MD, and Nicholas S. Branham, DMD. The newly partnered practice brings a strong reputation of high-quality clinical care and best in-class patient experience.
